If you can’t view a purchase order on your platform, it might not have been created yet or the goods may be fully delivered. If that’s the case, try using the search or advanced search tool to find ‘Closed’ purchase orders.
If you can’t find a purchase order number using the search tool, you should contact your buyer for more information. If you’re on an early payment program with your buyer, their purchase orders won’t appear on Kanexa and will be shared with you as they are now.
