When an invoice is successfully matched and approved a fee automatically becomes due and payable by you to Kanexa. The amount of the applicable fee will be notified to you upon onboarding to Kanexa. When payment in settlement of the invoice is initiated by your customer, the applicable fee will be automatically deducted and you will receive the net balance. This fee applies to each matched and approved invoice; and where multiple invoices are due for settlement on the same day any fees due will be aggregated and deducted from the total amount paid to you.
For example, you have two invoices successfully matched and approved for USD $10,000 each, for settlement on January 15th by your customer, and for purposes of this simple example only let’s assume that the applicable fee payable to Kanexa is USD $50 per invoice. On January 15th, your customer will initiate a payment of USD $20,000 less the matching fees of USD $100 due to Kanexa, for a net payment to you of USD $19,900.
Payments from your customer to your bank account may incur bank fees charged to process the incoming payment. For example, if you are being paid by wire (domestic or international), you may be charged a fee by your bank for receipt and/or processing of the wire payment. These are bank fees not charged by Kanexa (or your customer), and Kanexa is not responsible for any such fees imposed. You should speak to your bank regarding any fees that may be charged for payment processing.
