- You will receive an email similar to the below with a link to update your account.
Click on "Link to account update".

This link is time sensitive and will expire within 48 hours of receiving it.
- On the page "Perform the following action(s)" select the link "Click here to proceed".
- You will then be asked to enter and confirm your new password in order to access your Kanexa online account. Once done, select "Submit".
- When the password update is successfully completed, you will see the below message.
- All done, you can now sign in to your Kanexa account as usual.
